Step One — Make an Enquiry
Begin by completing our Bespoke Enquiry Form. This allows us to understand your initial ideas and the piece you would like to create.
Step Two — Personal Consultation
Your bespoke journey begins with a relaxed consultation, where we discuss your inspiration, style preferences, and the details that will make your piece truly personal. We will also guide you through the bespoke design process.
Step Three — Exploring Gemstones & Materials
Whether remotely or in our studio, we will explore a curated selection of gemstones and precious metals together, helping you choose the elements that best reflect your vision.
Step Four — Design Development
Your ideas are translated into a series of hand-drawn sketches, allowing the design to take shape while refining the finer details together.
Step Five — Creation & Craftsmanship
Once the design is confirmed, a computer-aided design (CAD) is created to visualise the piece in detail. At this stage, we can also produce a 3D printed resin sample, allowing you to see and handle a physical representation of the design before production begins. After final approval, the piece is handcrafted in London’s Hatton Garden.
